First, you take the difference of your value and the actual value, 396.3330 = 66.3
Then you take that difference and divide it by the actual value : 66.3/330 = .20
so the % error is 20%

It's the difference of the two divided by expected. Then the quotient is multiplied by 100.
396.3330=66.3
66.3/330=0.2009
0.2009 x 100=20%
