My neighbour insists on playing tennis in his garden very loudly all night. Should I take him to court?
@ LB - Your answer rocks!
@ F - I could ask him, "What's your game?"
@ Matt - I have zero interest in his excuses
@ Adullah - How nice!
@ Doggo - I can't fault your answer
@ BK - Smashing!
@ Pronk - I think I may be bottom of the world squash ladder.
@ Elizabeth - I'm more of a Borderlands player!
@ NEVER - Don't sit on the fence...

By behaving like that your neighbour is clearly giving you a backhanded insult.

I’m sure you don’t love him making a racquet ,so he’s definitely at fault!
You could try asking him what the deuce he’s up to and warn him he might need “new balls please” , if he carries on.

If your neighbor is a lady, then you need to court her to play in the day time to be safe..

Get yourself a high chair and a searchlight, and play umpire.
They will soon find something else to play.
