To Republicans, any voting where Republicans loses is an illegal vote and any voting where Republicans wins is a legal vote.

Understood! And, that is not the problem. The problem is Gerrymandering which is without a doubt voter suppression. Gerrymandering is the practice of dividing or arranging a territorial unit into election districts in a way that gives one political party an unfair advantage. Manipulating the boundaries of an electoral constituency so as to favor one party or class is definitely wrong. Partisan gerrymandering has benefited Republicans more than Democrats.

What illegal votes, you mean like the ones the republicans are charged with, and they so far only have two republicans voters who voted twice because Trump told them to.  They also have 3 republican representatives who were caught with extra ballots and envelopes that they should not have had.  the only illegal voting was from republicans so far.  And what the states are proposing and passing in the states can be over ruled by the USA government because it is voter suppression.  If you make it more difficult to vote it is voter suppression if you are installing this in mostly black communities it is racist voter suppression and is illegal and tampering with elections.  Against the KKK bill that was voted into law.
