If there is no Heaven, what is the point of existing at all?

Why go through with all the suffering in life if there’s no reward afterwards? Isn’t it better to not exist at all if there’s no Heaven to reward us for what we have to go through?

There is no point in such case. Like the preacher says  in

Ecclesiastes 11 he words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem.

2 Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity. And he ends with in chapter 12

13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

Using "Ifs" is meaningless. It would be like telling us "If there is no sun" There is a sun and that settles it. In the same way there is a heaven and that settles it. Just because we might have never seen it or experienced it does not mean it does not exist! You can have a glimpse of heaven through the beauty of creation or seeing a newborn baby smile at you!

Tell that to all the other species who have no concept of a Heaven but carry on about their animal lives participating in Nature like it's their job. The only thing that makes you different from them is that you have the ability to think about it. Spend less time thinking about it.

If, as it appears, you have been unable to find or make meaning in your life. I would suggest psychological counseling.

If there is no heaven, nobody has a future. We are all doomed for eternity.

Are you positing that, without a superior entity who has created you and your surroundings like some little lab-rat experiment, with a permanent reward-cage waiting at the end, that no one would be able to figure out how or why to conduct their life?

Or are you considering for the first time that there might not be a superior clinical rat-tester, and wondering how you might conduct your own life if that were the case?

In the first case I can tell you with authority that what you are positing is incorrect.  Humans can and do live just fine without any entertaining any notion of a superior rat-tester.  They don't blow their brains out or become mass murderers, drug addicts, sluts, or wretched refuse.  (Certainly such unfortunates exist, but a great many of them explain their lives to themselves in terms of superior beings.)  All that's required to accomplish this is compassion, respect, and humility.

In the second case, you simply have to understand that you already know what you like in life, and you also know that the planet you're on is covered with other people who each have their own likes, as well as by a thin film of Life and the environment that supports it.  It then is the natural result that you should pursue your likes - but with the knowledge that you will suffer and cause suffering if you don't guide and limit your pursuit to avoid conflict with the pursuits of all the others, and of the Natural world.  Hopefully you are clever enough to do that, because ATTAINING YOUR LIKES IS THE ONLY REWARD YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE.  (Granted, if you're born into inescapable oppression, it might be necessary to imagine a reward AFTERWARD - but most of us don't face that problem.)

So, the Point of Existing (in the absence of the permanent reward-cage) is to ENJOY YOURSELF via conduct that minimizes your conflict with Man or Nature.

Heavenly rewards are supposed to be a secret mystery.  No human is supposed to know what is on the other side.  This guy thought he could see the other side and him and his girlfriend did things to keep that from happening.  Those among humanity who take their lives to get there will only find darkness. Pascal's Wager is best: Just in case God is real behave so you get the blessings.

There are plenty of rewards without heaven. Life is what you make it.

God's plan will be revealed once we die, not before.  Jesus came to teach about the good news of God's kingdom in heaven.  This is what is interpreted, doesn't mean somethings were not lost in this translation as in most scriptures.  I believe Heaven is real but your perception of it may not be the same as mine.
