No. He is arrogant and loud, but he does a lot of good for a lot of people. And some of it he doesn't brag about. As you will soon see, his political position of putting American interests first was a very good idea. You'll see that as inflation rises to Jimmy Carter levels. Bought gas lately?

If you watch CNN, MSNBC, ABC, basically all mainstream media, they will tell you yes. But if you did your own research and watch the youtubers that report facts, and are not getting paid by the Republicans, you'll see he isn't. Try looking up his accomplishments, none which the media would ever tell you about.
