If a man can speak French Fluently, is in excellent physical shape, and has 2 business degrees, but has PRIOR diagnoses of paranoid ?
schizophrenia and asperger's (mild autism) could he be accepted into the French Foreign Legion? He is from the United States.

Since the FFL doesn't have access to medical records inside the USA, the person might be accepted for training. However, since initial military training is to test the person as well as to train them, the mental instability and the adjustment problems will make themselves know under the extreme pressure of Legion training.

I don't believe there is any national military that will accept people with diagnoses of schizophrenia. They don't want the risk of someone going psychotic in battle.
Also, the FFL doesn't care for business-degrees

The FFL has most of the same standards as any nation’s military. Long gone are the days where anyone who would otherwise be denied entry into any military be allowed to join the FFL.

Yes. As long as all his schitzoid personalities agree. It would suck if only one of them wanted to join up.
