No, it cannot cause any sort of STD's. In order for that to happen, the needle used would have to be contaminated with HIV, which would mean that it would be a previously used needle. This is not possible, though, because needles are always discarded after use.

Use your head- how could that possibly be? HIV/AIDS is caused by a virus. It's transmitted in body fluids. There's no virus of any kind in the vaccine.
