Are you more likely to transmit HIV through used needles or “unprotected” sex?
What is more transmittable.. or another way ?

The largest group to this day with the highest number of cases and the highest number of new cases is "Men who have sex with men." If you avoid doing that then the chances of getting it via sex is pretty low. If you do IV drugs you are just asking to get sick with HIV or hepatitis or whatever.

Used needles. HIV primarily thrives in the blood and is transferred into other bodily fluids depending on the levels that rise and fall and it may or may not be enough inside other bodily fluids to contract it which even if was still may not even make it into the exposed individuals' bloodstream. It's almost like the chances of getting pregnant when it comes to infection, but it's certainly in the blood and it has direct access to the bloodstream of an exposed individual with a needle. If an HIV infected individual adhere to taking ART's then the chances of infection are minimal to zero, Used needles have the highest chances of being infected

A lot more people have unprotected sex than are IV drug users, so unprotected sex.
