    Yes its currently winter now and there is ice / snow still on outdoor basketball courts and soon hopefully the spring warmth will melt away this ice and bring the people back outdoors again .

    The CBB  tournament is the real killer letting so many fans attend the games is criminal they are Covid super spreaders boycott the money grubbing NCAA / ESPN .
