Can I still qualify for unemployment benefits even though I work a full time job Monday thru Friday?

    I can not see why you would be disqualified we pay millions of unemployment benefits to prisoners in California.

    No.  If you are working full time, then you are not "unemployed" and do not qualify for benefits.

    You can.. but it’s risky because if you get all that money and you’re working full time, unemployment will start question. You’ll probably end up having to pay back the money they give you if they find out you’re not unemployed.
