Whether good or not , some form of socialism is inevitable. Profit Driven Capitalism is "killing" the very consumers that fueled its success. And when the conservative right criticizes the cradle to grave welfare "queens" and the chronically un-employed , they are ignorantly advocating for communism without even knowing it. Under communism , everyone is given a job and are required to work. A true Republican "utopia".
When Bill Gates met IBM everything changed. Technology will eventually render ALL HUMAN LABOR and creativity OBSOLETE. It's only a matter of time.
"On average, 205,300 jobs need to be created every month just to keep up with population growth and not allow the unemployment situation to get worse."
That's 205+ NEW JOBS THIS MONTH on top of the 205+ OLD JOBS that needed to be created last month.
For every 5 humans that technology replaces only 2 of those 5 have a chance of getting another job with equal compensation. Of course US capitalism doesn't stand a chance of creating that many NEW jobs even they wanted to , during this man-made crisis Trump has created.
But there is hope... The very tech. that is rendering human labor obsolete , could if used intelligently make the horrors of past communist states , the polar opposite. Democratic Socialism does not have to repeat the mistakes and failures of other socialist experiments. If only we had the wisdom to apply technology to cure those mistakes. And let our intelligent machines make some of our decisions for us. And for OUR benefit.
When "we, the people" have finally suffered enough under profit driven capitalism the revolution to some form of socialism , will begin.

No it's a failed system that both parties would have to support before it was ever considered. But the RNC loves to falsely claim the Democrat's support it, using the term, "socialism". Which is a RNC lie designed to frighten voters that don't realize that socialism is communism and the richest country on earth would never consider ruining that to become a huge economic failure.

Democratic socialism is NOT communism!
The USA already is a partially socialistic country. That’s how we pay for our: roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, libraries, fire departments, police departments, etc.
STOP watching so much faux news on your tvs while you guzzle traitor trump’s orange kool-aid. Just put it down and walk away......

There isn’t any communism. Just dictators calling their government “communist” to attempt legitimacy. People aren’t capable of achieving communism. We can’t actually work for the good of all. Once most people get a little power. They leverage to get more for themselves. That is why we need our two party system. The socially minded and the business minded keep each other in check. It works great as long as both work in compromise. Which we need to get back to doing.
