Considering everything, do you think that I might have been misdiagnosed or symptoms and every thing show that it's a genetic disease?

    Considering everything, do you think that I might have been misdiagnosed. Or that the symptoms and everything show that it's a genetic disease?

    Or

    Considering everything, do you think that I might have been misdiagnosed, or do the symptoms and everything show that it's a genetic disease?

    No, sorry, this needs some help. 

    You could say:

    Considering everything, do you think that I may have been misdiagnosed, or that the symptoms and other findings may show that this is a genetic disease?
