Is there really a concept known as a Judeo-Christian faith or are they in reality mutually exclusive?

It's a made up concept that doesn't fit with either religion. You cannot be both Jewish and Christian. 

"The Jerusalem Post editorial on January 7 spoke of the “Judeo-Christian tradition.” That fabled tradition does not exist, nor does the “Judeo-Christian ethic.” Though sharing a common origin in the Hebrew Scriptures, the two faiths read the scriptural texts differently. They believe in God, but view Him through different lenses. They each have a story, but they are not the same. They each have a concept of man, but they are not the same. They are both ethical religions, but with separate ideas of man’s nature, salvation and destiny.

For Christianity, Jesus is central; in Judaism he does not figure even though he was a Jew. Christianity, says Leo Baeck, prefers the “finished statement” of dogma: Judaism, the “unending process of thought.” Judaism and Christianity both claim to be true, but they have rival versions of the truth. There are commonalities, but so many differences."

There’s no such thing as Judeo Christian. They are definitely mutually exclusive. And Christianity is not the fulfillment of Judaism. Judaism is alive and well and going strong. Christians are such snobs!

Christianity was the fulfillment of Judaism.  Without the Old Testament/Jewish Scripture, the New Testament wouldn't make sense.

It is a concept and only a concept that allows one to talk about the similarities and shared traditions of both religions. Both religions do have some mutually exclusive beliefs, such as what scriptures are part of the messianic prophecies, however, some Jews have converted and retained most of their Jews tradition and culture.

Hanukkah and Yuletide/Saturnalia are different celebrations.

In Judaism, Milk and Dairy products shouldn't be mixed. Gentiles can mix them.

Jesus was a Jew. The Holy Spirit was poured out exclusively upon Jews, (Acts 2), until GOD revealed later that He was 'grafting in' Gentiles as well through a distinct outpouring, (Acts 10). Jesus Himself describes His Church as 'two folds' becoming One Flock with the second 'fold' arriving later, (John 10:16, the Jewish Christian Church and then the Gentile Christian Church).

We ARE 'Judeo-Christians.' There is no 'other' Christian faith.

"For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

"And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise." (Galatians 3:27-29).
