..PEOPLE are not IMPRISONED if they did not  show up to work as cashiers , they simple  loss their position of employment

DUH  PEOPLE  ( workers  and non workers ) make up the PUBLIC  and ELECTED officials are  "PUBLIC "  SERVANTS  given a position  to  work for the betterment  of the PUBLIC
