Why would one be cool with a certain dog in her house but not allow another particular dog in her house?
Both owners are on vacation for a week but not at the same time. Both different kind of dogs are well-behaved and she's not allergic to any of them.
For example: Dog A could've been at her house in June and would've been cool with it being in her house. Dog B then could've been at her house in August but wouldn't allow that dog in her house. Why would that be?

She may not LIKE dog B for any of a number of reasons, - EXAMPLES: SIZE, BREED, not being crate-trained, being used to being allowed on furniture (which does not nec, speak to not being trained) certain bad habits (like jumping on her, digging, barking, or too much shedding, etc.)

Could be the size of the dog not let in the house. Could be that the dogs fight when together. They are neglecting the dog outside if it is not ever allowed in the house.

"different kind of dogs" may be your answer here. If one is smaller, low shedding, or less active, then that may be why that one is allowed in the house.
Or could be that one dog doesn't really like to be indoors and constantly pesters to be taken back outside. I had a husky mix like that when I was younger. She HATED being inside.

She’s a dog snob. One dog is probably fancier than the other. OR the lady in question is very erratic.

All In can say to this post, is that no two dogs are the same and all have very different personalities, traits and the way they behave.
Its not written in stone that all people and all dogs get along together and there can be a clash of personalities between the two, which can cause friction.
There is not enough information in your post to offer any real positives advice.

Just as not all people get along, no two dogs will necessarily get along. Some are dominant, some submissive but if two dominant dogs meet, there could be fireworks - especially between b itches. Be careful if you are dog sitting.
