Mysterious conduct. A mate who is cheating has something to cover up, and you may spot indications of it. Maybe the person in question regularly accepts calls in another piece of the house. Or on the other hand you discover another mobile phone used to settle on secret decisions.

There's an old idiom: If you have the thoughts in your head, it is probably true. Unless you are a freaky control freak.

Call a PI, have them watch her, or contact the show cheaters.

Why would you want to?  While you don't know you may turn a blind eye.  If you wish to divorce you don't need proof.  So what gain could there be from discovering evidence?  What if you discover that your suspicions were groundless but you have wrecked the marriage?

One supposes you could hire a PR to follow her around and try to get pictures. But short of that or a confession there's really no way to know for sure.

Usually, if you’re asking this question, you already suspect that you’re the victim of infidelity, or at the very least that something is amiss in your relationship.

Cheaters tend to use their phones and computers more frequently than before and to guard them as if their lives depend on it. If your partner’s phone and laptop never required a password before, and now they do, that’s not a good sign. If your partner suddenly starts deleting texts and clearing their browser history on a daily basis, that’s not a good sign. If your partner never relinquishes possession of their phone, even taking it into the bathroom when they shower, that’s not a good sign. If you ask to review your partner’s phone, and they say no, that’s also a problem.

If infidelity is going on, sooner or later the truth will come out in any case. Of course, you could always hire a private detective...  Do you and she have any kind of communication? Perhaps you could begin by sharing your concern and asking her. Or, is it possible, instead, that you have paranoid jealousy and suspicions that aren't founded?   If your marriage is in such a state that you cannot trust one another, perhaps its time to consider dissolving the union.

Why do you want proof of infidelity? If you want to leave her, get divorced. If you want to make her miserable, what do you need proof for?

    You don't 'detect' proof.

You ether have proof or you don't.
