I think I’m gonna get one on my back but my friend told me it’s super painful than other spots. Ik everyone reacts to pain different but in general what would it maybe be

According to most people, it’s either the ribs, the neck, or the top of the foot. 

The less flesh in the area, the more painful it becomes. 

I personally would think it’s the bottom of the foot because it has the most nerve endings.
