there are no vets here to advise you, So take the dog to one and get a reliable diagnosis .

You'll need to see your Vet to get a diagnosis.  There are no Vets on this site.  There are hundreds of skin problems in dogs & it takes to Vet to diagnose just what it is.  You can google 'skin problems in dogs' & then click images & compare what you see on screen & what is on your dog.  Cortisone cream will be safe to use & may help.

There are NO veterinarians on yahoo. Lay persons cannot diagnose your dog.  Therefore consult YOUR vet about the groin rash and/or paw irritation.

Maxi is right the toe nails are too long and need a trim - so ask vet to ALSO do that, while diagnosing and TREATING your dog.
