Yes.  There are about 45-50 people on the FIVERR site who make a lot of money doing that.

If you can deliver them desired results, then yes!

I think it actually could work, that is if you start getting results that you can show potential clients. It's not something that would take off right away. Not just an audience and free advertising, there is real money to be made on Social Media. These are real skills people are looking for. I like where your head is at.
