calculate the theoretical yield of sodium sulphide.?
45.0 g of sodium chloride is reacted with iron ii sulphide. you end up collecting 20.0 g of sodium sulphide. calculate the theoretical yield of sodium sulphide.

Supposing the FeS is in excess:
(45.0 g NaCl) / (58.4430 g NaCl/mol) x (1 mol Na2S / 2 mol NaCl) x
(78.0445 g Na2S/mol) = 30.0 g Na2S in theory
