Can I get fired for telling my boss that I have a stalker?

You can be fired for any reason or no reason as long as no federal anti-discrimination laws are broken or you have a contract with the employer and the firing is a breach of the contract. If you have union protection, you can still be fired for any reason or no reason, but you have someone to fight for you.
