What if tires were hard like rock and not bouncy like rubber?
Say if the hard rock like tires were indestructible so leave cracks or breaking out of the scenario.

The ride would be less comfortable because the tire is passing tiny bumps on to the rest of the car instead of absorbing them, and the tires would not be able to grip the road as well, leading to reduced traction and handling.

The result would literally be that driving a vehicle would be a pain-in-the-rear.

Your testicles would swell up like balloons and hurt, plus you would become sterile due to the bouncing and vibration you dumb ****.

They would be noisy, rough riding, with no traction and handling would be awful.

In the early days of cars - like 1900s - tires were solid rubber. They road like trucks - - in fact trucks kept solid tires years after passenger tires went inflated. The inflated tires were called "cushion ride" & similar because they were so much more comfortable than solid. So today, tire profiles have gotten lower and the street racers, low riders and such have hardly any sidewall height at all . . . . . might help handling but destroys the ride.
