Am I gonna lose body fat if I only eat chicken and broccoli?

    Depends on how much of it you eat. If you consume fewer calories than your body uses, then you'll lose some fat. If you consume a lot fewer calories than your body uses, then you'll lose fat AND muscle.

    Thats a good start, but you need cardio. Low carb with cardio will burn fat.  Beginning of the year I got back to the gym and doing 30 min interval cardio and lower my carb intake and i dropped from 186 to 170 in 3 weeks
