I was initially going to go for a single piercing in the right ear, but really like Anons tip to get both and wear gold hoops. I've wanted my ears pierced since being a teenager, and am now in my early 40's, and have always been worried what others think. I just want to highlight my sexuality, and think it's really cute on other guys .

So many straights have a little stud, they don't mean anything.  I go with a gold ring in both ears - big enough to make the statement that I'm gay.
