If it is covid, then according to me it will never end, like flue. It will stay for at least a few thousand years. No calculations will be useful but they are useful for planning.

Pandemic meams prevalent over a whole country or the world.

US - my guess later summer.

World - my guess is fall

People will still get Covid after that, but it will no longer be a pandemic.
