 Trump having businesses in other Countries  WILL Require him to Pay Taxes in Said Countries ! ...

You don't fill out an income tax form in China.  If you earn more than 3, 000 rmb a month, it is automatically deducted. Also, there is a lot of VAT in China, which would affect Trump's enterprises.
