Why is she acting weird to me at school?

I'm also a girl. When she sees me, she follows me around the school campus. She keeps asking to hug me, touch my hair, or hold my hand. Of course I tell her "heck no, we're in a pandemic." Before COVID, back in 2019, she would randomly hug me. She stares at me with her eyes wide open and eyebrows raised. She only acts like this to me?

 What does she want?
