How do you deal with a dry, cracked and chapped foreskin?

Since I moved to a dry climate, my foreskin always gets dry and cracked.  It bleeds and is very painful when I have sex with my wife, or even when I push the skin back while washing.  I use a moisturizing cream on it, but it still gets dry and cracked.  I don't want to get circumcised.  What do I do?

Try putting a dab of coconut oil on it after your morning shower and again before bed.
