What could be wrong with me?

Hi, for about 2 weeks now I've constantly felt like I need to go for a wee and have been holding it in for a long time, even after going. My doctors checked me for a UTI and diabetes but have both come back clear. He wants me to get an STD test next but I haven't been sexually active for 5 years. My urine is normally dark yellow, cloudy and a bit smelly. What else could it be?

Drink more water, and go when you feel the need, do not hold it in.

Most likely Prostatitis, remember, everything is kind of linked up down there. You probably need a course of the correct kind of antibiotics and if that hasn't worked then they need to look more closely. STDs can lay dormant in you for years.

An enlarged prostate could be the problem.  Go see a urologist.
