Why do the F1 Honda Engines crackle?

In F1, Redbulls use Honda engines, but when they operate they seem to make a "crackling" sound, especially when they brake/downshift. Why do only those engines make that distinctive crackling sound, but Ferrari and Mercedes don't?

Down to the way it's built. Don't know the specifics but it may use the oil differently to the rest. It's the brilliance of f1 engines, despite all of them being built to the same spec, they are all subtly different
