The man was reported to be alive hours before his death

    I always "like" (mock) the medicine commercials on TV that warn "Taking (our medicine) may lead to death. [snark: I thought everyone died, sooner or later.]

    Seems his untimely death preceded him with a vicariously vigorous life, and to think just hours before his death THIS was pointing right at him

    sounds like something you'd hear on  Fox. 

    People reading  cue cards, without thinking about what they are saying.

    That sounds like obvious reporting.

    Most people usually are still alive hours before their death.
