City's & States would need double there tax rate. To make up for the revinue short fall. Hospitals would need double there night shift employ's to handle the increase in shot people found on the street at night.  In 4 months they would need start releasing people from prison to keep the hospital staff working. At the end of a year.  You would have mostly quite low crime areas.  With a few slums outside them.  Were the criminals moved to. But are afraid to leave so would need public asistence to keep from starving out.

Probably a better place with less corruption and power struggles.

Well, I'd be out of work and collecting benefits until some other job opened up.

Much like L.A. where people who can afford it hire private security and everyone else just sort of fends for themselves.

we already know. look at Portland with their defunded police. and the FBI along with the DOJ aren't investigating ANY of the voting fraud and malfeasance. they're ignoring all of the affidavits and whistleblowers. it's very, very disheartening.
