Upper Endoscopy Please help?

I recently did a upper endoscopy and these were the observations. I have recently been getting stomaches and continuous nausea. They tested for H pylori and that was negative.

Stomach- a sliding small hiatal hernia. Diffuse erythema and congestion of the mucousa was noted in the whole stomach. These findings are compatible with gastropathy.

Duodenum- segmental erosions of the mucosa was noted in the first part of the duodenum. 

Are these serious findings and would these be causing some of my symptoms?
