How to stop eating the whole portion?
My problem with food and losing weight is that I feel like I have to finish the entire portion of what I'm eating, even if I'm full or if it's just too much food. I don't know why I feel like this. I very rarely have leftovers. How do I get better about this?

Before you start eating, remove the amount that's in excess of recommended portion sizes... you can do this at home and in restaurants.

Take or make a smaller potion, you can always get more if need be. Also, switch to smaller plates and bowls and such, makes the food look like there is more.
