Will Movie Theaters,Sporting Events,Restaurants be back to Normal sometime in 2021?

Probably not fully back, but the situation may improve.

I've been reading that we can't expect that to happen any time soon.  I've been reading that things won't really start to turn around until wit get the vaccine and even then it won't be an over night thing.  I've been reading not to expect much change for the good until May at the earliest.

no.  2022 or 2023 if we are lucky.

I don't think so.  I think by the end of 2021 things will definitely be much better but not back to business as usual.
