Republicans: do u think that Trump can overturn 3-4 states by Dec. 13 (14 days from now) and  win the election?

The electoral college meets on dec. 14, so you have to flip at least 3 states by then.

Voting ended November 3rd. The Electoral college members are chosen by state laws already decided by the voting public. SCOTUS has affirmed electoral college members are bound by law. The remaining counting in a few states for late arrived ballots will not change results. The court challenges of massive fraud without evidence were rejected quickly as each faced a judge and presentation of case under oath. Baseless claims have no criminal penalty until made under oath and rise to a level of felony. The judge can ask the lawyer "Was there massive fraud large enough to change the result of the election?" When a lawyer says "No", the case can be dismissed immediately with closure. If the answer is "There could have been", then it's "Are you here with direct evidence?" The "No" dismisses the case again. When it was "Yes" by Sydney Powell, representing some voters and not Trump or the Party, the judge began with an order to stop the process to collect evidence. But, just as these cases usually are a technical issue, the officials being sued did not control the equipment and he rescinded his order. The affidavit of past fraud in Venezuela does not have much bearing on fraud in Georgia. The affidavits of observers who disrupted the vote tally process and were stopped from disrupting (because they are OBSERVERS) are worthless. They prove nothing.

The only charges of voter fraud plead guilty in court, were by Trump supporting Republicans.

The election is over. Claims can make believers, but courts and officials need evidence to void a voting large population. There is no direct evidence. The courts up to SCOTUS have ruled, and Trump's final appeal may be to the Supreme Court, where his appointed Conservative justices are clear. The Legislature of each state determines their applicable voting laws and procedures. The courts should only rule on violations of law. A State can get results thrown out leaving it up to the legislature to decide. But 3 states? Slim to none. The State results can only be voided if violating the voting laws of process. Only one state has a question as to whether state law violated their own Constitution, and that State Supeme Court already said no. SCOTUS can simply turn down the case and let everything stand as-is. Biden will proceed to swear into office.

No.   Trump can't steal the election.

What's pathetic is that he totally would if he could.    He truly wouldn't care how illegal or unethical it is.

The election was four weeks ago.  Why are we still talking about this?   I guess because the Big Orange Idiot still is...
