Squatting without any additional weights.

When you do the squat movement without any weight.
Unlike pushups it’s somewhat more of a callestenic due to the incredibly low resistance for each one. You would have to do a significant number of them in proper form for any real benefit.
Even if you hold aN extremely low weight it would be better.
