am i paranoid to think this about britain?

Question

ive had a persistent thought and idea that foreigners and interlopers are trying to destroy britain and it is making me very angry as britain is my home, my country...these london riots and protests about the covid lockdown, i had an idea that that was the work of interlopers trying to destabilize our country and cause anarchy......i know over the decades the immigration levels have been excessive and very high in britain, so i'm not sure if that is te reason we have a problem with interlopers and foreigners trying to ruin britain.

anyway, am i being paranoid to think these ideas?
