If your talking about american  woman then men are better . Foreign  woman are better than men in other countries though. american woman are  just nasty  and manipulative

Being a woman and a rape victim several times here in the US, men are not any better! The US has the highest rape rates, I saw that about 3 months ago on ABC. But both men AND women can be good or bad!
