I tend to agree that Social Services do waste tax payers money. They gave money to a family I know for school uniforms when the Father is working and the Mother is too lazy to get off her fat backside and they get loads of benefits. It's time Councils were under investigation for the money they waste.

Mismanaged by a Labour controlled administration. 

They couldn't run a bath let alone a Local Authority.

Their woes have been brought on by "risky property 

investments and lax financial controls."
