Assuming the assets are compatible with Unity AND you properly uphold your end of the licensing agreement on said assets...  you should be OK.

HOWEVER, please be aware that if the third party obtained said assets illegally, your usage of said assets would be illegal as well... even if you weren't aware of the third party's legal status with said assets.

If you're using the assets for personal use & NOT for public release, you'll be OK.  Otherwise, you'll have to do a legal review of all assets & licenses before publishing your work online.
