Should I wash this in cold or warm water and tumble low dry to avoid shrinkage ?

88% Polyester, 12% Spandex

Follow the directions given on the shirt's label.  If it were me, I would wash it on a warm/cold gentle wash cycle because of the spandex, and then dry on a knit cycle.

There is no reason to waste hot water by running it on the warm water cycle.

Cold water will get it clean.

With 12% spandex I doubt this will shrink.

Those materials do not shrink, warm water okay, and tumble low sounds like a good plan (to preserve the spandex).

There should be a label advising how to wash. But synthetic material doesn't shrink anyway. So a normal wash at 30 C would be OK.  Tumble drying is fine too.
