What song is this?

I downloaded a video from limewire back in 2007ish. It was some weird artsy thing. Don't remember it very well. It had a woman in it, some motion clips and some still images, and involved the women getting naked. It had an amazing song playing in the background and I never found out what it was. All I remember are the lyrics, might not get these perfectly right "what did you decide and I think that's it's great" and "put you on a ladder". I don't have access to the original video any more. Anybody know this one?
