Same as Vicky G, it was in an NHS hospital in Essex, there was excrement and pieces of lavatory paper all over the bathroom floor, every time a rather disgusting low class, obese creature used it.

The other day when I was at work I had a whole bunch of charts to do and I couldn’t go because the doctor (aka my boss) would have called me any second so I had to hold it in for like 30 minutes. Thankfully I work from home so no embarrassment here
