    not sure about food increasing testosterone. ask a doc for sure. I would however, make certain that you're getting your doctor visits in, you are using condoms, applying a penis health creme to your penis too- Man1 Man Oil is a great one. Cheers.

    A little but not much. 

    The list is good for overall health but nothing magical.

    Keep researching.

    I spent many hours researching testosterone. 

    I will not give away my research to total strangers.

    Why do you need to increase testosterone level? It is a matter of your freedom even if you would be forced to DECREASE it!
