Can the foods you eat have an effect on your body odor, even if you shower every day?

Huh. I'm not sure about this one- I would check with your doc if you want to make sure. Excessive masturbation can cause some serious penis skin issues too, so if you are a frequent fapper, you might want to invest in a bottle of penis health creme that helps hydrate and moisturize that VIP area. Hope this helps.

The short answer is yes.
As your body breaks down foods, various chemical compounds can end up in your sweat. Even if you shower, you don't stop digesting food or your metabolic processes, so these compounds still end up in your sweat or breath during the day.
Good examples are things like garlic and asparagus. People who eat a lot of fruit and veg have sweeter smelling sweat than people who eat a lot of meat. In cultures where food is heavily spiced, body odor tends to follow.
As a nurse, one of the things we are aware of is the smell of our patients. Changes in body odor or breath can be important clues indicating a change in condition in that patient, particularly some metabolic disorders.
