GENERATOR outlet?
my gen. has a 4 prong. and my cord has 3 prong.
can i still use it?

take photos with you to the hardware store and get an adapter. note that a 220v outlet on the generator can not be connected to a 110v extension cord, you have to get a 220 v cord for that. I can't think of many 220v appliances that are worth running during a power outage anyway -- grampa [I'm in florida and have a generator for my refrigerator should a hurricane knock out my power for more than two days. nothing else is worth powering unless you have medical equipment that demands power.]
