redelivery ?

Question

i ordered a pc but i wasnt in the house so i rearrange the delivery for today 11am to 3pm. The item hasnt arrived yet. What should i do ? It wont let me redeliver it again as i tried (this is royal mail). thanks

on the website it says "delivered" too.

call the mail office.

You go pick it up at the post office. Not today though. Someone might show up. You call the post office to inform them about the package that wasn't delivered and when you intend to pick it up.

It's now 3pm here, our posties have a huge amount to deliver these days due to amazon.
