But in the end, she DID lose her job - don't see her being on Biden's staff... 

Maybe she really thought Trump could pull it off? Who knows what all she's seen behind the scenes - maybe more than we'll ever know. Or maybe she'll write a tell-all book.

That would be the only possible reason someone in charge of a transition would refuse to carry out a transition.
