Can I sue Facebook for ruining friendships and promoting ad revenue?

    You can try to sue anyone for any reason.  Whether you'll get anywhere with that is another matter.

    In America, you can sue anybody for anything, but winning is another thing(plus legal fees, pay up)

    Try as you might, but expect unnecessarily wasting your time and money on suing Facebook. The judge will be forced to toss the case out because it has no merit.
